Who is Tim Kazurinsky?

Tim Kazurinsky is an American actor, comedian, and writer who has been entertaining audiences for over four decades. Born on March 3, 1950, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, Tim grew up in a Polish-American family and attended an all-boys Catholic high school. After graduating from college, Tim worked as a copywriter for an advertising agency in Chicago before pursuing a career in comedy.

In 1979, Tim became a regular cast member of the popular sketch comedy show "Saturday Night Live" (SNL). He appeared on the show for three seasons, from 1981 to 1984, and is most famous for his portrayal of characters like Carl Sweetchuck from the Police Academy films, the effeminate Tonto, and the grizzled, old newsman Herb Minkman.
