Never let yourself be pressured into giving personal information or passcodes over the phone - Navy Federal will never call you to ask for your code word! Don't answer a call from a number you don't recognize.

Navy Federal will never reach out to members asking for personal information via a text message. If you think you may have been a victim, you can report unauthorized transactions online.

Navy Federal's Mobile Deposits service is offered through our Mobile Banking* app, which requires you to provide a unique username and password each time you sign in. Each item to deposit must be endorsed with the signature of the payee and “For Mobile Deposit Only at NFCU.”

The message gets transmitted from the sending device to the nearest cell tower. That cell tower passes the message to an SMS center (SMSC) . The SMSC forwards the message to a cell tower near the receiving device. That tower sends the message to the recipient's device.

The daily cash limit is $1,000, which includes withdrawals at NFCU proprietary ATMs, manual cash at NFCU financial institutions, and cash back with a purchase at participating merchants. Daily limits may vary for other types of transactions.
