Another day, another legacy sports title bites the dust. EA has announced that servers for EA Sports UFC 2 will close early next year, discontinuing several achievements in the process. As confirmed on EA's online services page, servers for EA Sports UFC 2 are set to close on February 2nd, 2023.

Aside from regular fights, the game features other modes, such as a career mode, an ultimate team mode, a practice mode, and a knockout mode. In the career mode, the player creates their own fighter and takes them through the ranks of the UFC.
