Argyle Liberty Christian Dallas Cowboys legend Jason Witten spent 17 years in the NFL before retiring in 2020, but he's still under the lights. Witten is preparing to begin his third season as a Texas high school football head coach at Argyle Liberty Christian. He said he enjoys the relationships built with young athletes.

Witten suffered a concussion in the 4th quarter against the Bears but missed no further time. Witten injured a rib on the right side of his body during the 1st quarter against the Bucs. He missed the rest of that game but returned for the following week. Witten fractured his jaw against the Cardinals.
