For over 50 years, Kenneth and Gloria Copeland have been passionately teaching Christians all over the world how to apply the principles of faith found in God's Word. They are driven with a passion to see people fall in love with Jesus, live by faith in God's Word, and experience victory in every area of life.

We believe the Bible in its entirety to be the inspired Word of God and the infallible rule of faith and conduct. We believe in the resurrection of the dead, the eternal happiness of the saved, and the eternal punishment of the lost. We believe in personal salvation of believers through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.

He preaches prosperity theology and is part of the Word of Faith movement. Copeland has written that parishioners will get a "hundredfold" return on their investment through giving to God.

The movement urges believers to speak what they desire, in agreement with the promises and provisions of the Bible, as an affirmation of God's plans and purposes. They believe this is what Jesus meant when he said in Mark 11:22–24 that believers shall have whatsoever they say and pray with faith.

Copeland said last year in New Orleans that he would like to meet with and straighten out critics such as Walter Martin, director of the Christian Research Institute in Irvine, and Dave Hunt, whose book, “The Seduction of Christianity,” criticizes several statements Copeland and other evangelists have made.

History. In 1982, Pastor Peter Tan-Chi began an evangelistic home Bible study in Brookside Subdivision, Cainta, Rizal. Only three couples attended that first Bible study, but as they began to invite their friends, who then invited their own friends and families, the Bible study grew and moved to San Juan City.

Copeland has amassed significant wealth during his career and has referred to himself as a "very wealthy man". In 2021, Copeland was the wealthiest pastor in America, with a net worth of $750 million.
