The name says Fungi in it, but on the bottle, it says it doesn't kill toenail fungus. But the oils and extracts in the solution do seem to help keep down new growth of things that might show up in your shoes and get on your feet. It smells really good and helps a bit with some dry skin as well.

A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, get medical help right away if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing. This is not a complete list of possible side effects.

If you want to get rid of a toenail fungus quickly, the best thing to do is to see a doctor for prescription medication such as fluconazole (Diflucan).

Fungi-Nail may cause serious side effects. Stop using Fungi-Nail and call your doctor at once if you have: severe burning or stinging of treated skin; or. any new skin symptoms.

Antifungal medication If the treatment is working, you should see a new healthy nail start to grow from the base of nail over the course of a few months. The old infected nail should begin to grow out and can be gradually clipped away.

Terbinafine and itraconazole are typically used for this purpose. Terbinafine is preferred if the nail fungus is caused by a skin fungus (dermatophyte). This is usually the case. Itraconazole is generally used if the nail infection is caused by yeast or mold.

Studies show that taking antifungal pills and applying medicine to your nails can be more effective than using either treatment alone.

The pills used to treat fungal nail infections can cause side effects, including stomach problems and headaches. In rare cases, some of these medicines may cause liver damage and heart failure.

Oral antifungal drugs may cause side effects such as rash and liver damage. Or they may interfere with other prescription drugs. You may need occasional blood tests to check on how you're doing with these types of drugs.
