The commercial starts with a floral market, where a couple is buying flowers. Suddenly, the woman (who appears to be the wife) leaves the conversation and starts to wander. The man starts searching for her around the market but she is nowhere to be found. He starts panicking, and the music intensifies, creating a sense of anxiety. As the scene progresses, the man becomes more and more worried, but, at the same time, we see other people in the market coming to comfort him. Amongst them stands an elderly woman, who seems to understand the situation better than the others. Eventually, the elderly woman guides the man towards his wandering wife and both of them are relieved.

The ad finishes with a message from the Alzheimer's Association informing viewers that "Alzheimer's is not just memory loss, it's also a loss of independence. Learn more about the signs at alz.org," followed by the logo of the organization.

The commercial is very well-crafted and captures the sensitivity of the societal issue.
