11 colleges The Big East Conference is an athletic conference made up of 11 colleges in the Midwest and along the East Coast.

The BIG EAST Tournament format is double elimination. The top four teams from the regular season qualified for the tournament. Games will start at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday and the BIG EAST Championship finals are scheduled for 2 p.m. on May 27, with a possible final game scheduled at 5:30 p.m.

FIVE BIG EAST TEAMS WENT DANCING, TWO WERE IN NIT Marquette, Xavier, Connecticut, Creighton and Providence all received NCAA Tournament invitations. Marquette, the BIG EAST regular-season and tournament champion, was awarded a No. 2 seed in the East Region.

How does the NBA Play-In work? The NBA Play-In Tournament involves teams ranked 7th-10th in each conference (8 teams in total) competing for the final two playoff spots and it is composed by 3 games for each conference: the 7th and 8th seeds play each other, with the winner clinching the 7th seed.

What is the structure of the Play-In Tournament? The team with the seventh-highest winning percentage in its conference will host the team with the eighth-highest winning percentage in the same conference. The winning team will be the seventh seed in the NBA Playoffs for its conference.

Niche, a ranking and review site, recently published its list of the “2023 Hardest Colleges to Get Into.” Using data from the U.S. Department of Education on various colleges' acceptance rates and SAT/ACT scores, they found, unsurprisingly, Harvard University to be the most difficult college to get into.
