You are not advised to use it everyday. We recommend to allow one day of rest in between your 25-minute sessions. Using the helmet more than the recommended usage has not been proven to provide better results. Overstimulation of the hair follicles may be detrimental to the hair restoration process.

The effects of laser hair removal can be long-lasting, but this is not a "one-and-done" type of treatment. Instead, you'll need about five or more treatments to remove hair for a long period or even permanently.
