Once a story has finished or there are no Tonies on the Toniebox and there is no further activity, the Toniebox turns off automatically after 10 minutes. There is no way to manually turn the Toniebox off, so no need to worry about whether or not it is off for the night!

Turn on Use your thumb and forefinger to press one of the ears or place the box on the charging station. Turn off Even easier: if nothing happens for 10 minutes, the box switches off automatically. Restart Turn the Toniebox upside down and press both ears for 10 seconds.

Tap on the 'Toniebox' header. Tap on the picture of the Toniebox you would like to make changes to. Scroll down and tap on 'LED' to open the LED settings. Here you can choose to have the Toniebox LED On, Off, or Dimmed.

Going on a camping trip or maybe on an airplane? If you would like to turn off the Wi-Fi capabilities of your Toniebox, you can activate Offline Mode.

Our Disney Tonies average about a 22 minute run time, while our musical content rangers from 40 to 50 minutes. Every Tonie product page will contain the track list, run time and a description as to what the content teaches your little listener.

Pinch both ears for about 5 seconds until you hear an audio signal and the LED on the Toniebox begins blinking blue. Now pinch one of the ears for about 3 seconds, the blinking blue light will change to a white light and you will hear a voice message letting you know that you are now in Offline Mode.

15 to 120 minutes How long are the stories on the Tonies? Tonies timing ranges from 15 to 120 minutes depending on the content. Typically, Disney content averages about 30 minutes. Musical content tends to range from 40-50 minutes.

While Offline Mode is active, the Toniebox does not look for Wi-Fi networks to connect to and can only play Tonies or Creative-Tonies that have already been fully downloaded onto the Toniebox's internal storage.

up to 7 hours With a fully charged battery, the Toniebox can be actively used for up to 7 hours. The battery life will vary depending on factors such as the volume of playback. The louder the volume, the shorter the battery life. When the battery is almost empty, the Toniebox LED will light up solid orange.
