In addition, you are able to filter content by age in our library to explore the content most appropriate for your little listener.

The Toniebox is a digital audio player for children. The cloud-based system combines songs and stories with a unique element of play in an intuitive and durable unit for children. The Toniebox was created with the intention of making it the perfect first audio system for kids.

There are no buttons or screens, which makes it an ideal toy for young children. The controls are perfect for tiny hands . Squeeze the ears to control the volume, slap either side of the Toniebox to skip ahead or go back, tilt to fast forward or rewind, or remove the Tonie to pause!

Not only is it possible to fast-forward and rewind by just a few seconds, but you can also skip back and forth between tracks entirely. To do this, tap (some users have lovingly referred to this as more of a 'whack', as some force is required) either side of the Toniebox.

My younger daughter started playing with it when she was around a year old, and my older daughter still loves it at age 5. They will sit and listen to stories, or have stories and music playing in the background while they play. We even use it to play music for our 4 month old.

Because the figures are quite small, we'd recommend only letting your little ones using a Toniebox with the figures alone when they're three years old and up. If it's out of reach, they may still be suitable for younger toddlers, but it may not be as immersive and engaging for them.

Creative Tonies can be filled with your own recordings. Record your own stories and songs from songs (you have up to 90 minutes of recording time). A Creative Tonie is especially wonderful if you have family out of town, as they can easily upload stories or songs for your kids to listen to.

While Offline Mode is active, the Toniebox does not look for Wi-Fi networks to connect to and can only play Tonies or Creative-Tonies that have already been fully downloaded onto the Toniebox's internal storage.

Basically: if you have already installed the Toniebox and connected it to a Wi-Fi network and the content of your Tonies has been downloaded onto the Toniebox in full, you can take it everywhere without a hitch and play audio plays without Wi-Fi, too.

Place a Tonie on the Toniebox and it will begin downloading its content and the LED will begin blinking blue. Once your Tonie is finished downloading all of its content, the LED on the Toniebox will change to solid green and an audio chime will play. Now that Tonie can play even without a WiFi connection.
