ThermaCare® HeatWraps use patented heat cell technology that produces real heat which increases blood flow to the area in pain - and are far more convenient than other forms of heat therapy! These unique heat wraps are clinically proven for pain relief and use real heat to help accelerate healing.

The heat cells produce real heat to stimulate healing right where you need it. ThermaCare® HeatWraps work by allowing real heat to penetrate damaged tissue, which increases blood flow and accelerates the body's natural healing process.

To use ThermaCare HeatWraps, tear open a pouch just before use and place over the area of pain. Remove after eight hours. Do not use for more than eight hours in any 24-hour period.

There are many benefits and uses for heating pads that can help relieve aches, pains, cramps, and muscle stiffness. Heating pads are a form of heat therapy that promotes consistent circulation throughout the body. When faced with an injury, heating pads are a great way to reduce muscle or joint discomfort.

How do ThermaCare® HeatWraps work? − ThermaCare® patented heat cell technology combines iron, oxygen, water, and salt in single-use HeatWraps. The heat cells produce real heat to stimulate healing right where you need it.

Put the wrap flat on your skin. Make sure the darker heat cells are placed toward your skin. Make adjustments to firmly “lock” it in place by attaching the Velcro® to the elastic, but don't over tighten it.

The spinal cord transmits nerve signals from the site of injury and the brain interprets these signals. Indeed ThermaCare® should be worn over thin clothing for those over the age of 55 and not while sleeping. Check your skin several times during use. If you notice irritation or a burn, remove the product immediately.

Heat patches can potentially cause skin irritations, burns or blisters if they are used incorrectly. In case of skin sensitivity or if the patch feels too hot, remove the patch immediately and discontinue use. Follow the directions for use on the pack and always read the label.

Using ThermaCare® for more than the recommended time can increase the risk of skin irritation or burns. ThermaCare® shouldn't be used more than 7 days in a row. ThermaCare® Menstrual HeatWrap shouldn't be used more than 4 days in a row.
