As a global citizen, you learn to value and respect the diversity of independent communities, and you have a global awareness that all individuals deserve to live in an equal and healthy world. You learn to understand the wider world and your place within it to foster empathy on a global scale.

The Citizen app notifies you when a crime or other major incident is reported to 911 near you. It allows for the live-streaming of incidents, giving you complete transparency of your neighborhood around you.

Global Citizen Festival is an annual music festival where fans take actions toward ending extreme poverty in order to earn free tickets. Our festivals bring together Global Citizens, artists, activists, world leaders, philanthropists, corporate leaders, and more, with one collective mission: End Extreme Poverty NOW.

GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES. A global citizen, living in an emerging world community, has moral, ethical, political, and economic responsibilities. These responsibilities include: #1 Responsibility to understand one's own perspective and the perspectives of others on global issues.

The Citizen app uses smartphone locations to notify users about possible criminal activity in their area, including those happening in real time, complete with live footage from users at the scene and live discussions.
