Beautiful Creatures is a fantasy romance based on the teenage novel of the same name. The frequent violence and some disturbing scenes make it unsuitable for children under 13 years. It's more suited to an older teenage audience.
The romance is a central aspect to the plot and probably the main reason I loved this book so much when I was younger. The teenage romance between Lena and Ethan is emotional and definitely captured how it feels to be in love as a teenager.
Besides the A few scenes of nudity and it's amount of strong language, The Film does go by a a nice and interesting film about a man who escapes into the wilderness.. On that note, I would want to use caution when letting a younger child watch this. Otherwise, A great film For older teenagers and Adults..
