Tommy Oliver Tommy Oliver is the strongest Power Ranger of all time. Despite Tommy's rough start, he came to represent what it meant to be a Power Ranger even when he didn't have a Morpher. He was never afraid to rush headlong into battle after he broke free of Rita's mind control.
