Just make sure that you buy EITHER Let's Go Pikachu OR Eevee. They're both the same games with some very minor differences. Most Pokemon games are made for young kids around that age. Pikachu's tail will be heart-shaped at the end if it's female, and the white part of Eevee's tail will be heart-shaped/ flower-shaped ( depending on the angle) if it's female, while male Eevee's tails are spikey, and male Pikachu's tails are sharp at the end.
