The doll recited phrases from the movie Frozen and sang “Let It Go” when a button on its necklace was pressed. “For two years it did that in English,” mother Emily Madonia said. “In 2015, it started doing it alternating between Spanish and English. There wasn't a button that changed these, it was just random."

Elsa is a mythic character – magical and larger than life. Now completely in control of her powers, she is confident, resolved, and warm Elsa looks after the spirits of nature and embraces her role as the Snow Queen, knowing that it is who she was always meant to be.

As I circled in the images above from the novelization and her Disney Wiki page, Elsa's official title is the Snow Queen. Throughout the first film, this title of hers is reflected by her signature snowflake, so this is her official symbol as the fifth spirit.

When kids lift the doll's microphone to her mouth, music will play, her dress will light up, and she'll sing along to one of two original songs. Inspired by the Barbie: Big City, Big Dreams range.

Created by co-writers and directors Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee, Elsa is loosely based on the title character of "The Snow Queen", a Danish fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen.

The doll's talking mechanism was activated by a pull-string that hung out of its back. Pulling the string turned a grooved disc inside the doll's body, and a metal needle produced sound from the disc by traveling through the grooves. Essentially, it was a tiny record player.
