The cave houses Batman's vast array of specialized vehicles, foremost being the Batmobile in all its incarnations. Other vehicles within the complex include various motorcycles, air- and watercraft such as the Batplane, a single-occupant supersonic jet, and the Subway Rocket.

The Batcave has appeared in Batman comics for almost as long as there have been Batman comics. First appearing in 1942, the Batcave was less cave and more underground bunker meets garage for Batman's growing collection of wild and bat-themed vehicles.

Who built the Batcave? In most versions in the comics, Batman himself with the help of Robin(s) and Alfred built it. Batman is a very (very) intelligent guy. Many people don't know that in the comics, Batman is more than just a brilliant detective.

I've seen some crazy things associated with the gothic subculture before, but one term that has recently caught my eye is “Hipster Goth”. “Hipster Goth” is usually used to today's more modern or contemporary goths who have found the current, new, and somewhat more popular 'Goth/Wave Revival' to their liking.

Vampire Goths, like Romantic Goths, enjoy the dark and luxurious fabrics. Caves provide the kind of protected shelter in which bats can thrive. Hanging from the ceiling of a cave, bats are out of reach of most of their enemies. Some of the most successful species of bats live in large cave colonies. Some of these colonies have millions of members, even up to 20 million!

High on the side of Chimney Rock Mountain is Bat Cave whose name is derived from the fact that for years this fissure has been a refuge for an innumerable colony of bats.

Over the decades, they have been unfairly blamed for high-school shootings, depression in teenagers and antisocial behaviour. In reality, goths are a collective of people bound by a shared love of fashion, music and art. Goth emerged out of the punk scene in the north of England in the 1980s.

Style influences – gothic clothing takes inspiration from Victorian fashion and punk style, whereas emo clothing is much more pedestrian and accessible by the mainstream. Some would argue that the popularity of kawaii clothing has taken the place of the cute but deadly vibe that began with emo.
