Team Prime are the main protagonists of Transformers: Prime. They are a group of Earth-bound Autobots led by none other than Optimus Prime, the last Prime and founder of the Autobots The team reformed as Beast Hunters by Optimus after learning the Decepticons plans to create an army of Predacon clones.

It is the stand-alone sequel to Transformers: Prime that ran from 2010 to 2013 on The Hub Network, featuring characters (most of whose voice actors reprise their roles) and storylines mostly self-contained from the events of its predecessor as well as an overall more lighthearted tone.

Reborn through the Well of All Sparks, Orion Pax became Optimus Prime, a veteran military commander and second in command who wields an ion blaster and a double-bladed Energon axe. He became the leader of the Autobots after Sentinel Zeta Prime fell in battle, but is not certain he wants the responsibility.

She is truly relentless, quick-tempered, baleful, wicked, psychotic, abrasive, sadistic, power-hungry, witty, stingy, ungenerous, self-centered, persuasive, conceited, devious, and manipulative.

Madame Gasket Madame Gasket is the main antagonist of Blue Sky Studio's second animated feature film, Robots. She is Bigweld's arch-rival, Phineas T. Ratchet's mother, the leader and boss in the Chop Shop and Rodney's archenemy along with Ratchet.

A later retcon in the series revealed that Arcee's memory of her forced gender transition by Jhiaxus was "a lie [she] told [herself]." In Optimus Prime #25, Arcee admits that she is transgender, and sought out Jhiaxus to restore gender to Cybertronian society, after it was suppressed in ancient times.

It is revealed in IDW Publishing's Spotlight issue that Arcee was a part of Jhiaxus's experiments to introduce gender into the Cybertronian species. Arcee was his first test-subject and her creation was due to Jhiaxus altering with her C.N.A.

Madame Gasket Madame Gasket ran the Chop Shop, where scrap metal is converted into upgrades in the movie Robots. She was Ratchet's mother, Rodney's arch-nemesis, and Bigweld's arch-rival.

Aunt Fanny is a large, red (or occasionally pink) and white colored, snail-like robot with dark blue eyes. Her most notable feature is her enormous bottom, which resembles a snail's shell.

Optimus Prime was created as the last of the Thirteen Primes, the first generation of Transformers, each created directly by Primus as a band of unique warriors to combat and defeat Unicron. Upon his creation, Optimus united the Thirteen by his greeting All are one.
