In this review, I'll be taking a look at the Cobra RADSPEED driver. The RADSPEED (or KING RADSPEED) utilizes Cobra's RADIAL weighting technology which strategically locates weight in the front and back of the driver. The result is low spin, high ball speeds across the face, and forgiveness.

2021 RadSpeed drivers were released in 2021 and come in three head configurations.

Included in this family are three new drivers, each targeted at a different type of golfer. In this review, I'll be examining the RADSPEED XB (Xtreme Back) driver, which is designed for maximum forgiveness.

Forgiveness. It became clear during my testing that the RADSPEED XD is exceptionally forgiving when it comes to straightening out slices. I don't have issues with slicing the ball these days, and in fact, I was struggling to keep the ball from missing to the left because of how strong the draw bias is.

Cobra RADSPEED XD Weighting Like the XB, the swing weight tunable port is outfitted with a six-gram weight. The differentiating feature of the weight configuration is a 10-gram weight pad fixed in the heel. It's a good bit of where RADSPEED XD's slice correction comes from.

The Radspeed driver was marginally the longest of everything in its low-spin setting and seemed to be more stable overall than the older King F9 Speedback, whereas the Radspeed XB was nearly as long but even more user friendly thanks to higher, more consistent spin and more forgiveness.

For golfer's who battle a slice, Cobra is offering the RadSpeed XD (Xtreme Draw). Like the XB, it has internal 4-gram weights in the front, but designers gave it weight in the back and an internal 10-gram weight in the heel to encourage the face to close and square more easily on the downswing.
