Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a marketing denial order (MDO) for myblu Menthol 2.4%, an e-cigarette product made by Fontem US, LLC (myblu). As a result, the company must not market or distribute this product in the United States, or they risk enforcement action by FDA.
