The Hain Celestial Group has announced a new supply agreement between the Hain Pure Protein Corporation and Panera, LLC. Under the terms of the new agreement, Hain will be supplying Panera with antibiotic-free Plainville Farms® turkey breast meat for its bakery cafes.

I loved Panera's seasonal Turkey Apple Sandwich, made with tender turkey, sweet apples, and sharp cheddar. While Panera no longer features this sandwich on their menu, you can easily recreate a similar masterpiece at home.
