Plot. Five years after the events of the first film, Jonas Taylor has been involved in fighting environmental crimes while also helping Mana One in exploring a further deep part of the Mariana Trench where the Megalodon had been found.

Meg 2: The Trench is an action-adventure, science fiction movie. The movie contains sustained violence and threat from very large, scary creatures and is therefore not suitable for children under 12. Parental guidance is also recommended for children aged 12-13, due to the high level of violence.

The monster sharks, octopus, squid and weird amphibious dinosaurs cannot rescue the film from the abysmal depths it plumbs, and neither can Jason Statham. The Meg (2018) based on Steve Alten's 1997 novel, Meg: A Novel of Deep Terror did not feature that killer prologue from the novel - the T-Rex-megalodon face-off.

Li Bingbing does not appear in Meg 2: The Trench, as the sequel reveals that her character, Suyin, died after the events of The Meg.

Parents need to know that The Meg is an action movie about a giant prehistoric shark and the team of heroes (led by Jason Statham) trying to stop it. Violence is definitely the biggest issue here: Many characters die, and there's some blood (wounds, blood swirling in the water).

The movie reveals that there is a mole inside Mana One, and it is eventually discovered that Jess is the saboteur, working with Montes and betraying her coworkers.

Uninteresting tropes in Meg 2: The Trench The plot is generic and the dialogue is boring. The movie reaches levels of utter ridiculousness that take scenes from entertaining to boring. It feels like you've seen this film ten times already, and that's not just because it's a sequel.

THE MEG has a positive message of heroism and bravery. The hero, Jonas, has a reputation of not being able to save everyone, and some consider him to be a coward. Jonas proves, however, that he does care about saving everyone, and frequently puts his life in danger to save others.

Synopsis. In the opening scene, Jonas Taylor (Jason Statham) is a professional diver who tries to rescue a group of divers from a wrecked submarine. Jonas succeeds in getting some of them on board, including Dr. Heller (Robert Taylor), but something starts attacking the sub violently.

M3GAN is a horror, sci-fi movie that shows what could happen if we let Artificial Intelligence take over. The film is very violent and scary and it is therefore not suitable for children aged under 15 years and parental guidance is recommended for children aged 15 years.

Great film, but not for kids under 13. I recommend this film to everyone who loves slightly disturbing films and TV shows like me but for anyone under the age of 13 you really should not watch it.
