Our coffee is bought in green bean form and shipped to our supplier's roasting site, where they are blended in batches and specially packaged to keep the roasted beans nice and fresh.

The McCafe Medium Roast is very good. The Premium Roast Medium is quite good for the money, comparable in my mind to Starbucks and some other 12oz bags that cost more for less java. Very good flavor.
