Hillary Clinton, the former First Lady, Secretary of State, and presidential candidate, is not typically known for her acting career. However, she has made a few notable appearances in commercial advertisements over the years.
One of her most famous commercial appearances was during the 2008 presidential campaign, when she featured in an ad for the insurance company, AllState. The ad played on the then-popular commercial campaign for Verizon which asked "Can you hear me now?" In AllState's version of the ad, Clinton was depicted as someone who was always listening, even in the middle of a debate or town hall meeting. The tagline read, "It's good to be heard. That's why Allstate protects your voice, so you can keep speaking up and speaking out."
Aside from that, Clinton has also appeared in a handful of other commercials over the years. In 2015, she starred in a funny sketch with comedian Amy Poehler for the show "Billy on the Street," showing off her comedic chops. In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, she appeared in a PSA urging Americans to wear masks.
While Hillary Clinton is not a known commercial actor, her occasional appearances in ads and sketches have been well-received and show a lighter side of the former politician.
