Battle for Lordaeron and Heart of Azeroth Anduin and Genn's forces routed the Horde defenders, captured Varok Saurfang, and confronted Sylvanas Windrunner in the throne room, but fail to capture the city as Sylvanas detonated stored Blight canisters hidden in the ceiling, covering her escape.

Set in the fictional world of Azeroth, WoW allows players to create avatar-style characters and explore a sprawling universe while interacting with nonreal players - called nonplayer characters (NPCs) - and other real-world players (PCs).

The endgame power system was somewhat poorly designed, and people have a hate boner for Sylvanas. I think the bigger issue was that it came at the heels of Legion, which was really good, and it just didn't live up to the expectations, both lore and system wise.

The Pantheon believed her to have such great potential that should she ever awaken, she would become the most powerful titan ever seen - even more powerful than the mighty Sargeras and strong enough to overthrow the void lords by herself.

At its birth, Azeroth was blessed by the titans. One day, the demonic armies of the Burning Legion came and shattered the peace and led the night elves to sunder their world. Gradually, races were dragged to Azeroth (such as the orcs, draenei, and ogres), others evolved, and others were brought up from the dust itself.

There is no such thing as a single quest chain that can be called the 'main quest' in WoW. WoW is built on zone quest chains which also include delving into dungeons, scenarios and raids. normally i wouldnt mind. The closest thing to a "main quest" WoW has is whatever the end-game content is.

It does it through its amazing PvE and raid content. The game is constantly updated with new PvE and raid content. This usually features hordes of enemies in new diverse areas, difficult bosses, and of course, tons of amazing loot. Raids in WoW make players work together to fight their way through them.

Sargeras Sargeras is the main antagonist of the Warcraft franchise. He is the creator and leader of the Burning Legion, a former member of the Pantheon, and a mighty bronze titan until he was corrupted beyond redemption and became the Titans' worst enemy.

Unless we are meant to believe the Eternal Ones capable of plucking Y'Shaarj, the strongest Old God residing on Azeroth, raw from the world like a loose potato. So, as far as proven feats of strength goes, Sargeras > everyone, no question. Finally, we come to the First Ones.
