Xfinity TV lets you add a wide array of subscription On Demand packages to your plan anytime. From family-friendly entertaiment including Disney favorites, to yoga and fitness, science documentaries, and great movies and music from all around the world.

To find Xfinity On Demand content, you can say “On Demand” into your voice remote, or: Press the xfinity button on your remote control. Use the right arrow or left arrow button to navigate to On Demand and press the OK button on the remote. Find the program you want to watch in the On Demand menu.

Starting May 31, 2023, customers with the following TV Boxes began to lose the ability to view Xfinity On Demand programming, including subscription On Demand service: All non-X1 TV Boxes.

You could simply have too many devices on one circuit. If that's the case and a breaker is tripped, just plug it in elsewhere and your problem should resolve itself. Another thing to check is that your HDMI cable is securely connected to both the box and TV.
