Aarón Sánchez is an award-winning chef, TV personality, author and philanthropist. He is a judge on FOX's culinary competition series MasterChef and MasterChef Junior and the founder of the Aarón Sánchez Impact Fund, a nonprofit program whose mission is to uplift the lives of Latino youth through food.

Aarón Sánchez is an American chef, the executive chef and part-owner of the restaurant Centrico and owner of the Mexican restaurant Mestizo in Kansas City (Leawood, Ks).

But when he's not appearing on TV, Aarón is the chef/owner of Kansas City's Mestizo and the culinary visionary behind Crossroads at House of Blues nationwide and Tacombi Taqueria in New York City. Aarón is also the author of two cookbooks, including Simple Food, Big Flavor.
