How it Works. Participants compete in all three skills (Drive, Chip and Putt) and hit three shots per skill for a total of nine shots. Points are accumulated per shot at each skill. The overall champion in each division is determined by the participant with the most points accumulated between all three skills.

Martha Kuwahara Youngsters earn their place in Augusta National history. Martha Kuwahara of the Girls 14-15 division holds his First Place overall trophy during the 2023 Drive, Chip & Putt National Finals and Augusta National Golf Club.

There will be 10 finalists in the boys division and 10 finalists in the girls division in each of the four age groups, for a total of 80 participants in the Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals. 40-yard fairway width, length from 75 yards to 325 yards. A ball coming to rest on a boundary line is considered in bounds.

Chipping Contest This is a variation of the putting contest, except that shots are taken from just off the putting surface to see who can chip the ball closest to the hole. Another variation on the chipping contest is to see who can get closest to the hole from one of the sand bunkers.

Registration for each event closes at 4 p.m. EDT five (5) days prior to the local qualifier. Late applicants are not accepted. Is there a fee to participate in Drive, Chip and Putt? There is no entry fee for any qualifying levels of Drive, Chip and Putt.

Official Masters merchandise can only be purchased from one of the merchandise stands at Augusta National Golf Club and it can only be purchased during the Masters tournament.

Just a Chip, Pitch & a Putt Away! With holes ranging from 40-110 yards in length, this course is shorter than championship courses which are 300-400 yards in length, and is a focused on your shots around the greens. Considered a par-3 course, golfers can expect to play a quick 18-hole round in only 90 minutes!
