Planet Fitness is running its first-ever ad spot during the upcoming Super Bowl, and Lindsay Lohan is the lead star of the commercial. Created with Publicis Worldwide, the ad is scheduled to air during the third quarter of NBC's broadcast of Super Bowl Lvi, according to Variety.

The commercials also features William Shatner, Dennis Rodman, Buzzy Cohen and Danny Trejo in a short vignette that tells viewers how much better Lohan's life is now that she works out regularly.

It is okay to watch TV on a treadmill. Most people, even beginners, don't have a problem adapting to watching a screen and running. But it might be a good idea to try walking and watching before you go to an all-out run.

If you're able to watch TV without craning your neck, holding on to the sides of the treadmill, or skimping on intervals, then you're probably OK running while watching. But otherwise, you're better off turning off the tube. Have trouble working out without watching your shows?
