The work is set to the moving track 'Outnumbered' by singer-songwriter Dermot Kennedy. The campaign will also continue Quaker's long-standing relationship with Magic Breakfast.

1877. Quaker Oats registered as the first trademark for a breakfast cereal. The trademark was registered with the U.S. Patent Office as "a figure of a man in 'Quaker garb. '" Both former owners, Henry Seymour and William Heston, claimed to have selected the Quaker name as a symbol of good quality and honest value.

The "Quaker man" is not an actual person. His image is that of a man dressed in the Quaker garb, chosen because the Quaker faith projected the values of honesty, integrity, purity and strength.

And in 1965, a new advertising slogan was introduced: "Nothing is better for thee, than me". The company states that its current "Quaker man" logo "does not represent an actual person.

The Quaker Oats trademark was registered in 1877 by Henry Parsons Crowell (1855–1944), an Ohio milling company owner who in 1891 joined with two other millers, Robert Stuart and Ferdinand Schumacher, in creating the American Cereal Company. By the late 1890s a management conflict had broken out between the three men.

Quakers are people who belong to the Religious Society of Friends, a historically Protestant Christian set of denominations. Members of these movements ("the Friends") are generally united by a belief in each human's ability to experience the light within or "answering that of God in every one".

They based their message on a belief that "Christ has come to teach his people himself", stressing direct relations with God through Jesus Christ and belief in the universal priesthood of all believers. This personal religious experience of Christ was acquired by direct experience and by reading and studying the Bible.
