All you have to do is press and hold on the big red button for a few seconds. Until it shuts off and then that should reset the button. And the internal timer inside of the air cleaner.

When the phone cannot connect to the purifier, simultaneously press and hold the On/Off & Mode button and the Display On/Off button for five seconds. Once you hear a beep, the purifier's Wi-Fi has been reset successfully.

If you have a carbon pre-filter screen to capture larger particles like pet dander and dust, that should be removed and rinsed gently with water each month.

Our filters are tested to last their full lifetime: For 1” HVAC air filters, that means three months. For 4”, 5” and 6” deep pleat filters, that means 12 months. For Room Air Purifier filters, that means 6 to 12 months, depending on the type of filter.
