Belvita Review I liked the taste of these because they are slightly sweet but not too sweet. They had tiny chewy pieces of apple which were a nice addition. They have no high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, or sweeteners. Each package has 18-20 grams of whole grains and 3 grams of fiber.
