Great for parents that grew up in the 90's. I wouldn't recommend it for kids under the age of 13 because it's dark. Although dealing with cartoons it somehow is also dealing with drugs kidnapping/human trafficking the ugly side of child actors among other things.

Unlike most of the modern, horrible cartoons people put out for children these days, Chip n' Dale's Rescue Rangers is a genuinely good show. Like much of the older Disney stuff, it is actually watchable by adults, and is very cute.
What is also important to note is that Chip and Dale were created at-for lack of a better word-straighter time. While they might not have been gay at the time, they could easily have become gay depending on who was writing them.

Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers is a 2022 American live-action/animated adventure comedy film based on the characters Chip and Dale and continuation of the 1989 animated TV series of the same name, excluding the duo's previous filmography (including their shorts from 1943 to 1959).
Rescue Rangers was originally conceived as the first of three new companion shows to Disney's popular DuckTales series, which had more than doubled the ratings among child audiences in its time slots after its debut in the fall of 1987.
Originally the two had the same colored noses, but as a way to tell them apart, Chip was given a black nose and Dale was given a red nose. According to Disney, Chip is the logical schemer, and Dale is the goofy, dim-witted one.
