Elsa is a mythic character – magical and larger than life. Now completely in control of her powers, she is confident, resolved, and warm Elsa looks after the spirits of nature and embraces her role as the Snow Queen, knowing that it is who she was always meant to be.

Beyond that, Elsa is a very relatable person. While young children might not be able to appreciate the complex past that molded her character, they can understand that Elsa is overall misunderstood, and this makes her a super interesting character. Her development in Frozen II is even cooler.

She is diplomatic and tries to help her subjects with their problems. On the other hand, Elsa's fear of herself led to several other problems, like her anxiety and overprotectiveness. Elsa constantly fears rejection from others and has always wanted to find the source of her powers.

The story is about two sisters, two princesses Elsa and Anna. In terms of Colour Types, Elsa is either a Cool/True Winter or a Bright/Clear Winter and Anna is either a Warm/True Autumn or a Warm/True Spring. At the beginning of Frozen, right before and after the coronation, Elsa wears Deep/Dark Winter colours.

Brave: She sets the ultimate example of letting go of peer pressure to be perfect, albeit in isolation. She embraces her fear so that she can eventually learn to harness her powers for good. Genuine: Although she hides behind closed doors, she is honest about her thoughts and feelings.

Children respond to stories that employ magical realism, so Elsa - as a superhero with what one of our daughters (Maryam's) and her friends call “ice powers” (the ability to create a whole castle of snow and ice using only her fingers) - has special appeal.

Elsa is the 5th spirit and not the 5th element. She's quit different from the other spirits because each one of them is represented by a physical element (Water, Air, Fire and Earth) which is not her case. Elsa is the 5th spirit, in other words the physical form of Ahtohallan.

She's definitely a strong and inspiring character. Her journey throughout the films has been amazing to watch, watching her learn to grow more comfortable with herself and learn who she truly is is wonderful to see. I'm glad you find such inspiration from her! :) She's amazing.

Every disney test also points blue to Elsa. So yeah I'd say her favorite color is blue. On other colors they like, Elsa seems to also like Green while Anna seems to like yellow, judging by her Fever dress and pajamas.

This reflects her fear of her own power and the way in which she closes herself off from everyone around her, including her sister. As she becomes more confident in her magic, she sheds these constricting garments and we see her in a dress made of ice that appears to be growing organically from her skin.

Luckily, Elsa learns to control her powers and open her heart to love by the end of Frozen, while Frozen 2 explains that the origin of Elsa's power is her identity as a magical spirit (known simply as “the fifth spirit”) alongside fire, water, earth, and air.

This version of Frozen would've seen Elsa with short, spikey, black hair instead of the long, blonde hair look she received. Her attire would've also changed to have more neutral colors instead of having the icy dress that she wears throughout most of Frozen.

While there is a budding romantic relationship between Kristoff and Anna by the movie's end, "Frozen" is much more a story about filial love and its importance. Parents of multiple children should take their sons and daughters to the movie for this message, particularly if the siblings have trouble getting along.
