Arrowhead spring water is probably the best of the common, inexpensive waters I tried. It's light, crisp, with a slightly astringent finish. It's pretty nice. Described as a “sustainably sourced and lava filtered” water, this is gentle on the tongue and light going down.

Sparkling water contains dissolved carbon dioxide (CO2) gas, which makes the water fizzy. The carbonation of sparkling water can occur naturally or artificially. Sparkling or carbonated water forms naturally when volcanic gases dissolve in springs or wells of natural water.

Our single serve bottles are made from PET plastic. The FDA classifies PET as safe for human use and has authorized its use for decades. PET itself is an inert substance, meaning it migrates very slowly. As long as bottled water is stored at room temperature or cooler it is considered safe for human consumption.

The healthiest type of sparkling water is unflavored and unsweetened. But some sweetened sparkling waters and seltzers can add unwanted sugar to your diet. Sparkling waters that are high in sugar can cause tooth decay. But plain sparkling water has minimal effects on your teeth, especially compared to drinking soda.
