TaylorMade Distance+ Golf Balls tv commercials

TaylorMade Distance+ Golf Balls are one of the best golf balls on the market for golfers who are looking for the ultimate level of distance and performance. These balls are designed to give golfers a competitive edge, with a combination of advanced features that help players to achieve longer distances on their shots.

First and foremost, TaylorMade Distance+ Golf Balls feature an aerodynamic design that minimizes drag, resulting in added distance and improved accuracy. The ball's soft feel helps golfers with a slower swing speed to achieve greater distances, while the high-velocity core provides exceptional ball speed for those with a higher swing speed.

In addition to its design, the TaylorMade Distance+ Golf Ball is also made with high-quality materials that enable it to withstand the toughest conditions. It features a durable, two-piece construction that resists wear and tear, giving players a ball that can last for many rounds.

Another key feature of TaylorMade Distance+ Golf Balls is their affordable price point. Golfers can enjoy the performance and quality of these balls without breaking the bank, making them a great option for those who want to improve their game without spending a fortune.

Overall, if you're looking for a golf ball that offers impressive distance and performance, while still being affordable and durable, then the TaylorMade Distance+ Golf Ball is definitely worth your consideration.

Compression. On our gauge, the Callaway Chrome Soft has an average compression of 72 (4-points softer than the 2020 model). It's soft by urethane covered standards, and, real talk, people, the only ball in the Chrome Soft lineup that's soft by any standard.

Compression. On our gauge, the 2022 Titleist Velocity has an average compression of 84. That places it alongside the Bridgestone TOUR B XS and 2021 MaxFli Tour. It should be noted that, because of the ionomer cover, it's going to feel quite a bit firmer than urethane balls of similar compression.

Compression. On our gauge, the 2023 Srixon Z-Star measures 85 compression, making it the softest Z-Star we've measured to date (the prior version clocked in at 87). While we'd classify that as “firm” overall, it's relatively soft by tour ball standards.

A Grade. Our A grade golf balls are in lightly used condition and represent excellent value for money. Grade A balls may have minor surface marks, discolouration and ink marks. They will have no cuts or creases. Some balls may carry logos.

Hi I'm PGA member Jay golden talking about the numbers on a golf ball. And what they mean first I'll say what they don't mean. They don't mean that the ball is a different weight or a different size

Titleist Pro V1 - Compression On our gauges, the Titleist Pro V1 has a compression of 87. While that's three points softer than we measured the previous version, across the market as a whole, it's still solidly within the firm category (though it is a bit on the softer side for a ball played on Tour).

four layers The Callaway Chrome Soft is a high-speed golf ball with a higher launch and plenty of greenside spin. When you play with the Callaway Chome Soft golf ball, the four layers of technology give you plenty of performance off the tee and around the greens.

Low compression: 65 and less (has softer core; compresses quickly; and with maximum distance on lower speeds). Medium-compression: 66 to 89 (with standard cores, in-between core; and maximized range with average swing speeds).

Whilst both are extremely good options, The Titleist Pro V1 remains the benchmark that all other premium balls will be judged against. The Z Star will be a good choice for those who like softer feel golf balls and a bit more spin than the Pro V1.

The core is all about transferring energy, which is why the compression directly relates to the core. Softer cores make it easier for golfers to transfer energy, while harder cores make it harder. When asking yourself what golf ball you should use, know your swing speed, and match it to the core – or compression.

They'll have different numbers. And basically the reason that a ball has different numbers is so that you know your ball.
