Cook and Prep

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
3. Place frozen pieces in a single layer on baking sheet.
4. Bake on middle oven rack for 11 to 13 minutes or until heated through. Internal temperature should reach 150 to 160°F.
5. Turn pieces halfway through the heating time.

Instructions

• In a large bowl mix your ground chicken, 1 egg, and seasonings.
• Spread on a parchment lined baking tray until 3/4 to 1 inch thick.
• Freeze for minimum 4 hours.
• Cut out your pieces.
• Dip the dinosaur pieces into the flour, then the egg wash, and lastly into the bread crumbs.

Remove the firm block of chicken from the freezer, invert onto a cutting board, remove the wax paper, and cut into dinosaur shapes using a dinosaur-shaped cutter. May need to freeze intermittently for crisp cuts. Place dinosaur-shaped nuggets onto a tray, cover, and place back into the freezer for 10 more minutes.
