Our Multi-Symptom Cold CF formula relieves nasal congestion, coughing and chest congestion. This formula contains an expectorant, a nasal decongestant and cough suppressant all in one. This product contains the active ingredient Dextromethorphan HBr, Guaifenesin and Phenylephrine HCl.

This combination medication is used to temporarily treat cough, chest congestion, and stuffy nose symptoms caused by the common cold, flu, allergies, hay fever, or other breathing illnesses (such as sinusitis, bronchitis).

Slight drowsiness/dizziness, nausea, or vomiting may occur. Rarely, some people may experience severe drowsiness/dizziness with normal doses. If any of these effects last or get worse, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.

Serious side effects Signs of an allergic reaction, like rash; hives; itching; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin with or without fever; wheezing; tightness in the chest or throat; trouble breathing, swallowing, or talking; unusual hoarseness; or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.

A: "DM" refers to one of the ingredients on the cough medicine. It stands for dextromethorphan, which is a cough suppressant often used to quiet a dry, annoying cough. CF stands for Cough/Cold Formula.
