Pendleton is a fantastic sipping whisky. The only thing I would ever consider to mix with it would be a couple of ice cubes. I enjoy a lot of different types whiskys (I'm not a fan of scotch though) and Pendleton is one of my favorite.

However, to the point, Pendleton has and still does make an excellent product, woven by skilled craftspeople at three different facilities in Oregon and Washington. Some of the technology may have changed over the years but the care in making a blanket that, when cared for properly, will last for years.
