This Certain Dri formulation stops excessive sweating for up to 72 hours. PLEASE NOTE: this item is intended for people with the medical condition hyperhidrosis so it contains a strong active ingredient that may irritate the skin when applied incorrectly.

Directions: For maximum protection and efficacy, apply Certain Dri® to each underarm before bed. Certain Dri® Prescription Strength Clinical works while you sleep, to stop sweating before it starts. To reduce the risk of irritation, be sure underarms are completely dry before applying.

Certain Dri Everyday Strength Clinical Solid/Roll-On: This antiperspirant + deodorant has 20% Aluminum Zirconium Complex, which is the same active ingredient found in most other clinical antiperspirants on the shelf.

Active Ingredients: Aluminum Sesquichlorohydrate (25%) (Anhydrous). Purpose: Antiperspirant. Inactive Ingredients: Cetyl Alcohol, Cyclopentasiloxane, Fragrance, Glyceryl Stearate (and) PEG-100 Stearate, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Mineral Oil, Stearyl Alcohol, Talc.

You may not have to use Clinical Strength Certain Dri® every day. You may wish to begin your treatment by using Certain Dri® every day until excessive perspiration is controlled. Thereafter, apply Certain Dri® every other day or as needed.

Use antiperspirant. Antiperspirants containing 6% to 20% aluminum chloride (Drysol, Xerac AC, others) can temporarily block sweat pores. This reduces the amount of sweat that reaches the skin. This type of product may help with minor hyperhidrosis. Apply it to dry skin before going to bed and wash it off when you wake.

Apply antiperspirant once in the morning and again prior to bedtime. Application twice daily - and especially before bedtime - has been studied to provide the most benefit. If you are only going to apply once, then make it before you go to bed. Gently massaging the antiperspirant into the skin may be useful.
