Max (Chris Renaud) is a spoiled terrier who enjoys a comfortable life in a New York building until his owner adopts Duke, a giant and unruly canine. During their walk outside, they encounter a group of ferocious alley cats and wind up in a truck that's bound for the pound. Luckily, a rebellious bunny named Snowball swoops in to save the doggy duo from captivity. In exchange, Snowball demands that Max and Duke join his gang of abandoned pets on a mission against the humans who've done them wrong.The Secret Life of Pets / Film synopsis

Appearances. The Apartment Building is the central setting of The Secret Life of Pets, situated in Little Italy, New York City. The individual apartments serve as the residences for a large group of pets, whose owners are oblivious to their pets' daily activities.

As for the experience itself, Off the Leash! is a slow track ride - meaning no hills or spills - that takes guests through multiple animatronic augmented rooms featuring the actual voice actors from the second film, including Eric Stonestreet as Duke, Kevin Hart as Snowball and Jenny Slate as Gidget.
