History. El Toro Loco® is one raging bull who can the smell fear of its competitors. In 2001, the custom built bull was introduced to a crowd in Lafayette, Louisiana and a few years later, shared the Freestyle Championship title at the 2004 Monster Jam World Finals®.

Dennis Anderson came up with the concept for Grave Digger® back in 1981. Originally built out of an old 1951 Chevy Panel Wagon and parts that he scrounged from junkyards, Grave Digger as of today has grown by leaps and bounds.

The first Grave Digger was a 1952 Ford pickup shod in mud-bogging tires and powered by a Chevrolet small-block engine. Its move to monster truck competition started when Grave Digger replaced a monster truck that failed to show up and crush cars. In the mid-1980s, Grave Digger became a full-blown monster truck.

Grave Digger was originally built in 1982 by Dennis Anderson as a mud bogger. This first truck was assembled from salvaged parts, including the body of a red 1952 Ford pickup truck.

The original Bigfoot began as a 1974 Ford F-250 pickup that was modified by its owner Bob Chandler beginning in 1975. By 1979, the modifications were so extensive, the truck came to be regarded as the first monster truck.

Grave Digger #1 – The original truck was first built as a mud racing truck from a 1951 Ford pickup, then rebuilt as a true monster truck in 1985 using a 1951 Ford panel van body. The rebuilt version, nicknamed "Grandma", is on display at the Digger's Dungeon shop.
