Indication: Diurex Water Capsules is a diuretic (water pill). Insight: Diurex works by increasing urination. Diurex Water Capsules is used to treat bloating, swelling, feelings of fullness, and other signs of water weight gain related to menstrual symptoms.

It starts to work about 1-2 hours after taking I personally use them on a day off because obviously your in the bathroom getting fluid out of your body .

Calcium sulfate dihydrate, croscarmellose sodium, dicalcium phosphate, FDC Blue No. 1, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, mineral oil, polyethylene glycol, potassium gluconate, riboflavin, sodium lauryl sulfate, stearic acid, talc and titanium dioxide.

Adults: Two (2) pills every 4 to 6 hours while symptoms persist, not to exceed eight (8) pills per day. Start taking 5 or 6 days before onset of period and continue until desired relief is obtained or end of period. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. For use by normally healthy adults only.

How do I take it? Take your diuretic exactly as prescribed. Take it at least six hours before bedtime to help avoid getting up in the night.
