The Wolfsburg Edition includes the features of the S model and adds unique 16-inch alloy wheels, leatherette (premium vinyl) upholstery, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, a six-way power driver seat, heated front seats, satellite radio, a USB/iPod interface and VW's Car-Net telematics system.

The Wolfsburg Edition trim includes adds 20-inch. wheels, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats. with additional adjustments, second-row air vents, leather upholstery and a power-folding rear seat.

Wolfsburg Editions are special value package editions in each model that give you more content and special badging. It used to mean it was what the Wolfsburg plant built, but they don't really produce the Jetta there.

The entry-level Wolfsburg Edition offers upgrades over the 2018 Passat S it replaces. The alloy wheels grow from 16 to 17 inches (18-inchers and a sunroof are part of a $1,000 option package). The "Wolfsburg" was a special edition that VW offered on many vehicle models, not just the Vanagon. For instance, Wolfsburg edition Jettas and Cabriolets have been offered throughout the years.
