Christian Reber​ is the founder and CEO of Pitch. The German entrepreneur previously founded the award-winning to-do app Wunderlist. After it was acquired by Microsoft in 2015, he spent two years as Microsoft's Entrepreneur in Residence.

Pitch has 120 employees.

Pitching is the act of presenting an idea to an audience, in a persuasive way. There are many different types of pitch from sales pitches, to funding pitches, to pitching yourself in an interview, but the aim is always the same: to persuade others to see the benefits of you, your product or idea, and to buy into it.

2018 Pitch was started in 2018 by a team of eight co-founders out of a shared passion for creating well-crafted and delightful products. Our team now comprises over 120+ thinkers, makers, and storytellers in Berlin and around the world.

Pitching in business refers to presenting business ideas to another party. For example, you may pitch your startup business to potential investors or your products to potential customers. A business pitch needs to give your audience a clear understanding of your plan or goals to gain buy-in.

The concept of pitch is a relative or subjective idea. The frequency of a pitch can be measured and calculated with hertz by increments, however, the concept of higher and lower are relative.

It's gonna sound lower to your ear. So. We can take those vibrations. And measure them exactly to how many times they go back and forth. And then we can create a definite pitch.
