Native Instruments Traktor is DJ software developed by Native Instruments. It is also used as a sub-brand for Native Instruments' associated DJ hardware products.

Overall Traktor DJ 2 is a good for what it is, especially considering that it's free! It is a good way for anyone who is interested in DJing to get started. It has everything a beginner DJ would need in a digital DJ software. It also makes a good second solution for seasoned DJs.

For another, Traktor doesn't work with any music streaming services such as Spotify or Apple Music. All these music services don't work directly with TRACKTOR for one particular reason - DRM protection. DRM-protected music files cannot be played back in TRAKTOR.

Nowadays Traktor has a number of well thought-of “standard” DJ controllers available for it made by the company, but also more modular solutions. It remains a favourite of many electronic music-based DJs and DJ/producers.
