In cases where RockIt Twist™ is malfunctioning due to static electricity, reset the system by pressing and holding the Power button for 10 seconds until the unit switches off. Next, press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to turn the unit on again.

Turn the LeapTV ON by pressing the power button. Right after the LeapTV has turned on, push and hold the SYNC button until you see the green light ring on the front of the console blink. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the reset.

The most likely reason LeapFrog Connect is unable to communicate with your device is a missing or improperly installed driver.

Performing a factory reset will delete all of the TV's data and settings (such as Wi-Fi and wired network setting information, Google account and other login information, Google Play and other installed apps). Press the HOME button, then select [Settings] - [Device Preferences] - [Reset] - [Factory data reset].

Now turn off the TV's power at the plug. With a TV unplugged locate the power button on the TV. And hold down the power button for 15 seconds. This will drain all of the remaining power from the TV.

My Parent / Baby unit isn't working, what should I do?

1. Please ensure the Parent unit is fully charged or plugged into the mains.
2. Ensure both Parent unit and Baby unit are switched on.
3. Move the Parent unit closer to the Baby unit (large metal objects or other electrical devices may affect the signal between the two units)

The monitor won't switch on Perhaps the most frustrating problem with a baby monitor is the failure to turn on. This could be due to a dead battery, faulty wiring, or an issue with the power supply. Check that all cables are securely connected, and ensure that the monitor is plugged in properly and receives power.
