3. Select the delivery day of the week(s) you'd like to skip, then click 'Skip Week'.

Cancelling your subscription is easy, you just need to go to follow these steps:

1. Log in to your HelloFresh account on our website;
2. Click on 'Account Settings';
3. Click 'Manager' subscription and scroll down to the 'Status' section and there you can click on 'Cancel Plan';

It's important to note that you must pause or cancel an order by 11:59 p.m. PT five days before your next scheduled delivery or you will be charged for that upcoming order. HelloFresh cannot process cancellations requested after the cut-off date because the order will have already been processed.

10.4 Pausing your Order. In order to do so, log on to your account page on the Site or App, select a particular week (by clicking on the delivery day highlighted) and then click on the “Pause Week” button. You will not be charged for any week in which your order is paused.
