Why the Angry Orchard name? Our (lucky) cider makers travel the world in search of the very best cider apples. After touring countless orchards in the U.S., France and Italy, it dawned on them that some of the best apples for making cider actually look gnarly and angry, unlike apples you'd find at the grocery store.

Is Angry Orchard a beer? Although hard cider and beer have many similarities, they are not one and the same.
